Elizabeth has practiced law for over 15 years, most of which was spent with a Fortune 50 company where she focused on complex commercial contract issues in the context of sales, development, supply chain, and IT outsourcing agreements and negotiations.
Prior to joining Baldini Lang LLC, Elizabeth served as Senior Contracts Manager for Pratt & Whitney’s Global Supply Chain Organization where she was lead contracts drafter and negotiator for assigned supply chain commodities for both domestic and international corporate vendors.
Elizabeth began her legal career at Pratt & Whitney as Contracts Manager for the Large Commercial Engines group. She continued her career at UTC with positions of increasing responsibility in the Legal Contracts groups of Otis Elevator Company and Pratt & Whitney where she gained significant contractual drafting and negotiation experience.
Elizabeth received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Fordham University, her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and her Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Connecticut. Elizabeth is a member of the Connecticut Bar.
Elizabeth lives in Avon with her husband, Tim and their two children where she is a member of the Thompson Brook School PTO executive board.
