Kenneth A. Goss is Of Counsel to Baldini Lang LLC. He brings 15 years of legal experience focused on complex commercial law matters including in the areas of contract, construction, franchise and leasing.
Previously, Ken was Senior Counsel to the franchisor of a leading gourmet gift concept, which has grown to over a thousand retail locations domestically and in more than eleven countries worldwide. For years Ken provided advice and counseling to the corporation on all legal matters in relation to its operations including domestic and international franchise and distribution transactions, commercial leasing, litigation matters, and the negotiation of product licensing, strategic alliance, media, marketing, supplier and technology contracts.
Prior to becoming in-house counsel, Ken was engaged in a transactional business law and commercial litigation practice counseling startup and established clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial and business law matters. Ken’s experience includes establishing franchise systems from the structuring of business entities though to the registration of the franchise disclosure document. His experience also includes assisting in the resolution of disputes through mediation, arbitration and litigation, for example, seeking injunctive relief to enforce contractual post-termination competition and trademark infringement obligations, seeking the recovery of past due and lost future royalties and having defended statutory and common law fraud claims.
Ken holds Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Quinnipiac University.
Ken is a member of the Connecticut and New York Bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for Connecticut and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
